The initial fee is £92.5 million, with an additional £7.5 million in add-ons tied to Champions League qualifications. This surpasses the club's previous record transfer of £85 million for Mateus Fernandes.
Tonali has agreed to a six-year contract, earning £275,000 per week. He chose Tottenham over other suitors, including Manchester City, after being impressed by the club's vision. "I'm very happy to be here," Tonali said, citing the club's atmosphere and football as key factors in his decision.
