Canada Unveils Starting XI for Highly-Anticipated 2026 World Cup Opener Against Bosnia & Herzegovina

Canada's starting lineup for their 2026 FIFA World Cup Group B opener against Bosnia and Herzegovina has been confirmed. The match is set to take place on Friday at Toronto Stadium, with kickoff at 3 pm ET.

Les Rouges, co-hosts of the World Cup, will field a starting XI featuring Orlando City goalkeeper Maxime Crépeau, former veteran Alistair Johnston, and Toronto FC's Richie Laryea in the fullback positions. Midfielders include LAFC's Stephen Eustáquio, Ismaël Koné, and Tajon Buchanan, while Tani Oluwaseyi and Juventus star Jonathan David will lead the attack.
