Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean Face $1.4 Million Lawsuit After Abruptly Closing Their Nashville Steakhouse

A lawsuit has been filed against country music stars Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan, as well as former MLB player Adam LaRoche, over the closure of their Nashville steakhouse. Village 21 Investment Partners LLC is seeking over $1.4 million in damages, alleging the trio defaulted on their lease agreement. The complaint states that the group, which operated E3 Chophouse, stopped paying rent and abruptly closed the restaurant in February.

The steakhouse, located in the Hillsboro Village neighborhood, opened in 2019 and is one of two E3 Chophouse locations in the country, with the other being in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The Nashville location's website currently reads that operations are being "temporarily paused" as the team evaluates market opportunities and explores potential rebranding strategies.

The defendants' friendship dates back over two decades, when LaRoche met Bryan at a music gig in Atlanta, and later introduced himself to Aldean after an Atlanta Braves game. A hearing for the civil case is set for June 26, according to online court records.
