President Trump Is Turning 80 and He's Reportedly Not Happy About It

President Donald Trump is approaching a milestone birthday, but he's not enthusiastic about it. In a conversation with Dr. Mehemet Oz, administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Trump expressed his dissatisfaction with turning 80. "You don't have to wish me happy birthday because I'm not happy about that birthday that I'm having," he said.

The conversation took place in the Oval Office on June 11, which coincided with Oz's 66th birthday. Trump was shown a video of the Ultimate Fighting Championship cage match setup on the South Lawn, scheduled for June 14, which also marks Trump's 80th birthday and Flag Day.

Despite his reservations about aging, Trump has sought to draw a distinction between his own abilities and those of former President Joe Biden, whom he has mocked for his alleged lack of vigor. Trump claims to feel the same way he did 50 years ago, attributing his good health to unknown factors, joking that "maybe junk food is good and the other food is no good."

A recent medical report issued after a physical on May 26 proclaimed that the president was in "excellent health," with his cardiovascular health comparable to someone 14 years younger. The report was based on an AI-assisted electrocardiogram analysis. Trump's physical exam came amid public scrutiny over visible bruises, skin discoloration, and swollen ankles, which the White House has attributed to various causes, including chronic venous insufficiency and a cream used for an undisclosed purpose.
