RNC Chair Unleashes Scathing Criticism on Dem-Run State After Shocking Discovery of Myriad Noncitizens on Voter Rolls

The chairman of the Republican National Committee has stated that noncitizens are taking the initiative to remove themselves from the voter registration lists after they alleged that they had been inadvertently registered to vote.

EXCLUSIVE — It has been discovered that noncitizens residing in a crucial blue state had been listed on the voter rolls for an extended period of time, with some of these individuals even participating in previous elections, as revealed by documents that were acquired through a public records request.

The New Jersey Republican Party, also known as the NJGOP, and the Republican National Committee, referred to as the RNC, submitted requests for voter rolls from each of the 21 counties located in the state of New Jersey, commonly referred to as the Garden State, and subsequently discovered multiple instances of individuals who were not citizens and were seeking naturalization, requesting to be removed from the voter rolls, as they claimed to have been unknowingly registered to vote in the first place. The majority of these individuals were registered as members of the Democratic Party, specifically as Democrats.

Individuals who are not citizens of the United States are not permitted to participate in voting in either state or federal elections, and as a result, the candidates who were applying for citizenship were concerned that their names being included on the voter rolls would potentially disqualify them from becoming citizens.

Rep. Mikie Sherrill submitted her ballot at a designated polling station located within Hillside Elementary School in Montclair, New Jersey, on November 4, 2025, as part of the New Jersey gubernatorial election process, as captured in an image taken by John Lamparski and distributed by Bloomberg.

In a series of official documents obtained and examined by Fox News Digital, specifically originating from Atlantic County, the Superintendent of Elections and Commissioner of Registration, Maureen Bugdon, formally verified and confirmed that certain individuals who were not citizens approached her with requests to be removed from the relevant records.

It is essential to note that a standard letter in this context typically begins by stating that it serves as confirmation that on the current date, the individual in question appeared before the relevant office to verify their registration and voter status. The letter generally reads, "Please allow this letter to confirm that on today's date, the below referenced individual came before this office to confirm her registration and voter status," which is a formal way of acknowledging the individual's presence and intention to clarify their voter registration. Furthermore, the letter typically continues by explaining that the individual in question expressed her desire not to be a registered voter in the state of New Jersey and conveyed her confusion regarding how she was initially registered as a voter through the Department of Motor Vehicles, as she claims it was done without her knowledge or consent, allegedly.

The majority of the letters verified that the noncitizens did not have any record of voting, although this was not the case for every individual.

One particular noncitizen, who, according to the county, had been removed from the voter rolls in 2015, was found to have cast votes on multiple occasions, specifically in the years 2000 and 2001, as well as in the general election that took place in 2008. Another noncitizen was also discovered to have voted in a primary election that occurred in 2005 and in a municipal election that took place in the year 2000.

A letter has been obtained, which demonstrates that Atlantic County Election Commissioner Maureen Bugdon has officially certified that an individual who is not a citizen of the United States, residing in the state of New Jersey, was incorrectly included on the voter rolls and has subsequently expressed a desire to be removed from the list. This documentation was acquired by the Republican National Committee, referred to as the RNC, and the New Jersey Republican Party, also known as the NJGOP.

The Trump administration has taken a significant stance by implementing a block on the pathway to citizenship for certain individuals who have been found to have voted illegally as migrants.

Additionally, other documents revealed that noncitizens were directly requesting to be removed from the voter registration rolls by submitting a state voter registration cancellation form.

When these individuals were prompted to provide a reason for their request to be removed from the voter registration rolls, the vast majority of the people who had been unknowingly registered as voters selected a box labeled "other" and then proceeded to explain in writing that they were not citizens of the country.

In Atlantic County alone, a thorough examination conducted by Fox News Digital has revealed that more than 50 documents have been obtained from noncitizens, all of which attest to the fact that they had been registered to vote without their knowledge or consent.

The oversight group is currently seeking to obtain documents from the state of Minnesota, which is under the administration of Governor Walz, at the same time that the Department of Justice has issued a rebuke to the state of Virginia regarding its maintenance of voter rolls.

A noncitizen who was listed on the New Jersey voter rolls utilized this removal form to submit a request to be removed from the registration. This removal form was obtained by the RNC and the NJGOP, which has been investigating the matter.
RNC Chairman Joe Gruters has stated that the organization discovered hundreds of noncitizen registrants on the voter rolls in New Jersey, and it is likely that these instances represent only a small fraction of a larger issue, but the state of New Jersey, along with other states controlled by the Democratic party, has shown a reluctance to disclose information regarding their procedures for maintaining voter registration lists. The RNC has formally requested that information from a total of 48 states, seeking to gather more data on the maintenance processes used by these states to manage their voter registration lists.

It is truly remarkable, given that the Democrats are asserting that noncitizens never participate in voting, and that this issue is essentially nonexistent, but in every county, numerous individuals are now self-reporting, and Gruters expressed his satisfaction with the ongoing records requests, as they are providing a great deal of insight, particularly since these findings are based solely on the people who have chosen to self-report.
To have a genuinely democratic system, it is essential to ensure that the elections are secure, free from interference, safe, and reliable, so that citizens can have complete confidence in the outcome, Gruters explained.

Republican National Committee Chair Joe Gruters is asserting that his party has emerged victorious in its endeavors to counter Democrat initiatives aimed at hindering the removal of noncitizens who evade jury duty in North Carolina from the state's voter registration lists.

The Republican National Committee has initiated a multimillion-dollar campaign focused on promoting election integrity, which is being implemented in 17 states in anticipation of the upcoming midterm elections.

The Republican National Committee, or RNC, initiated a comprehensive and forceful effort to promote election integrity in 2024, an endeavor that has been persisting and continues to be actively pursued to this very day, as stated by Gruters.

He informed Fox News Digital that the organization is taking a very aggressive and uncompromising stance, figuratively "bringing the hammer down," and has effectively deployed its resources and personnel, or "boots on the ground," across the entire country to guarantee an even higher level of diligence and scrutiny in the upcoming elections in November.

The organization has staff members currently deployed in 17 states who are focusing on addressing these matters to ensure, as previously mentioned, that the ultimate goal is achieved, which is to have an election that is not only safe but also secure, and one that is completely free and fair, he explained.

The Republican National Committee Has Been Granted A Day At The Supreme Court To Challenge The Legitimacy Of Mail Ballots That Arrive Late.

Gruters is also expressing optimism regarding another impending RNC battle that is specifically focused on the election integrity front.

The Supreme Court is expected to render a decision soon in the case of Watson vs. RNC, which represents a challenge to existing laws that permit ballots to be cast by mail on election day, but are subsequently counted in the days that follow. The primary objective of the RNC in this context is to completely eliminate the aforementioned practice, a point that Gruters has chosen to emphasize, particularly in light of the fact that California is still in the process of counting ballots from the primary elections that took place on Tuesday night, with the polls having closed almost a week ago.

Supreme Court Associate Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas were waiting to depart from the stage at the culmination of the inauguration ceremonies, which were being held in the Rotunda of the U.S. Capitol, on January 20, 2025, in Washington, D.C., as captured in an image by Chip Somodevilla/POOL/AFP via Getty Images.
It was stated that achieving a win in that particular case could potentially be regarded as "one of our biggest election victories ever," emphasizing the significance of a successful outcome in that specific matter.

To put this into perspective, the situation involving Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate Spencer Pratt is a prime example that should be eye-opening for everyone, and it is something that should leave you feeling utterly disgusted, he explained. The fact that this is occurring is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated in the United States, as he emphasized by stating that this kind of situation should not be allowed to happen in America.

Gruters stated that when elections have an "open-ended target date," this creates an opportunity for potential manipulation to occur.
He emphasized that they are engaged in a rigorous effort to bring an end to this situation, and as he previously mentioned, this development could potentially be their most significant victory to date from the perspective of ensuring election integrity, achieved by putting a stop to this practice and guaranteeing that the term "election day" is taken literally to mean exactly what it says, which is the day on which the election takes place, thereby ensuring that election day indeed means exactly what it says, election day.

The office of Democratic New Jersey Gov. Mickie Sherrill did not provide a response to the request for comment that was submitted. Additionally, the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission and officials from Atlantic County also failed to return the request for comment that was made to them.
