Manchester United Launch Swoop for Andrey Santos as They Make Approach for Chelsea Star
Manchester United are considering a move for Chelsea midfielder Andrey Santos, with the club expected to make a formal offer in the coming days. The 22-year-old Brazilian has been used sparingly by Chelsea, making 27 league appearances last term, with over half of those coming from the bench.
United's interest in Santos comes after missing out on top targets Elliot Anderson and Mateus Fernandes, with manager Michael Carrick seeking to rebuild the team's midfield following Casemiro's departure and Manuel Ugarte's injury.
