The US Under-19 Men's National Team is set to compete in the 2026 CONCACAF U-20 Championship, aiming to secure a World Cup berth. The 21-player roster, led by coach Gonzalo Segares, features a mix of experienced players, including Nimfasha Berchimas, Christopher Cupps, and Ruben Ramos Jr.

The squad comprises 15 players from 13 Major League Soccer clubs, two from the USL Championship, three from European clubs, and one from collegiate soccer. Several players have prior tournament experience at various youth national team levels.

The tournament, running from July 24 to August 9 in Mexico, will see four teams qualify for the 2027 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. The qualified nations will also secure spots in the 2027 Pan American Games and the 2028 Summer Olympics, which the United States will host in Los Angeles.

The US team has been drawn into Group A, facing Haiti on July 25, El Salvador on July 28, and Cuba on July 31. All matches will kick off at 9 p.m. ET from Estadio Cuauhtemoc in Puebla, Mexico. Segares expressed excitement about the team's prospects, stating that the tournament provides crucial competitive matches for qualification and development.

The team will hold a pre-camp at Real Salt Lake's America First Training Ground starting July 17 before traveling to Mexico on July 21. The USMNT roster includes goalkeepers William Lodmell, Lucas McPartlin, and Kayne Rizvanovich, among others. Midfielder Cooper Sanchez and forward Nimfasha Berchimas are notable inclusions, with Berchimas reportedly close to signing with Bayern Munich's youth team.
